My favourite show at the moment is "The Gourmet Farmer" on SBS on Thursday night at 7.30pm. I've just finished watching it, he does some great stuff, tonight he was having an illegal dinner party. He was using foods that they can't sell at their market stall that had all been produced in an old fashioned way. Things like raw milk cheese and procuttio cured with out chemicals. The food looked fantastic. I do know why somethings should be done in certain ways, but I think we still should have the freedom to choose what we are willing to eat.
